What a week for our Demons! We had some incredible performances across all grade levels:
8th Grade Dominance 💪
Our 8th grade football team secured a victory over Yucca on Tuesday, while our 8th grade volleyball squad swept BOTH matches against Yucca and Gattis. Outstanding work, 8th graders!
6th Grade Victory 🏈
The 6th grade football team brought home a hard-fought 12-6 win against Highland on Saturday. What a game!
7th Grade Heart ❤️
While our 7th grade football team fell short against Highland, they showed incredible determination and grit from start to finish.

Houston Volley Team competed in a tournament on Saturday 8/29. They took 2nd place out of 12 teams in the Freshman Tournament. Losing the Championship to Jal's JV team. Both Coach Pallanes and Coach Gregory are very proud of these girls!

A BIG congratulations to the HHS Science Olympiad team who took first place in the SE Regional Science Olympiad competition recently in Lovington at the 6th Grade Academy. Also a BIG thank you to Mr. Epperson, the HHS Science Olympiad Coach who invested in these students to get them ready to shine at competition.

Congratulations are in order! Our boys' swim and dive team secured first place at the 3-4 District NMAA championship held in Artesia today. We surpassed the powerful Artesia Bulldogs by 12 points. Clovis Wildcats took third place with 82 points. Our girls' team delivered another impressive performance, securing third place, narrowly edged out by Clovis and Artesia. All of our kids had some incredible swims today and had personal best times. Well done Eagles!
